If you did raytrace it, you wasted TONS of render time. Nicholas Aodhagan Webb replies: "Well, I was there, and I'm absolutely certain it was raytraced. I wasted absolutely no render time. It didn't take hardly at all, as there are no atmospheric effects. There are, however, shadows and diffuse lighting, as well as curved surfaces. While a diffuse lighting is possible in scan-line rendering, shadows and curved surfaces, as well as run time textures, are something you'll find better with ray-tracing. " | |
| 21 Feb 2006 | Seth Fache | Loading...All of the people that say this ant is cute are foolish. They do not appreciate your work. what would they know? all of the people that either laugh at your work or diss it? they know nothing of your life and nothing of the time and work you put into these pavrov ants- or what ever type of work you use- i appreciate your efforts and you will someday be rewarded. Ignore the feeble minded; focus on your own artistic; supreme developing soul. whew- got a little brooding there- but i'm just saying i can relate because i, too, post my pictures online and many people disrespect me. Have a great career. Screw Bugs life warner brothers- (i read their comment)- they just want to brainwash another aspiring artist into a cartoon silly bug sketcher. so modernized.i enjoy your work. don't stop. are you a christian? (just answer my question whenever- i look at your work every day)because i am- and God has helped me overcome negative influences. I'm not trying to convert you if you aren't or anything- christians aren't like that- but i was just wondering. Best of luck Nicholas Aodhagan Webb replies: "I really don't take "cute" comments as disrespectful. To me it just means that someone appreciates my work, whatever way I may have intended it. Things like rent and bills and going to my job to pay them is what interfers with my artistic drive. I'd prefer not to talk about something as complicated as religion in something as crude and public as this forum. " | |
