SciFi and Fantasy Art: Haida Cerulia of Unica

The main protagonist in River of Moon Tears. She is the princess of Unica, a unique temple city of strongly religious blue haired people, found no where else in the world. The tattoo symbolizes that she is a child of light, the tattoo is called Shima, Two-Sun's denotes that of a bear.

she is very beautiful!!! I love the tatoo. by the way, a comment on your bio~ being an artist is not something that has anything in the least to do with how much money you make or even how adept you are~ its about that rush of endorphins that high. its in the act of creating~ there are quite a few people out there who make money painting and drawing, but to me they aren't artists, cuz they only do it for the money. money is not a satisfactory muse for any true artist. ~ so keep it up.your in touch with what makes creation important~ and remember~ only someone who's jealous or doesn't get that rush you do from it would ever insinuate that being an artist is based on selling it or whatever~

Oops, I forgot to add the artist helping comment. Ok, going by the angle of the head and the right eye, her left...or whatever, the left eye is too low. The tatoo should be over to the right a little, and then there's the nose. The nose should be facing us a little bit more. The neck is too thick for a girl, and the eyes are too far apart, (the eyes are an eye width apart, try it on your face, it's kinda creapy). After thos things, just shade a little darker. Now the things I like especially. The hair, I love the hair! If I figure out a way to make no part, I'll be happy, but right now I have to part hair like that. Your mouth, once again, is awsome. Finnally the design, I love it. It's one of the coolest designs I've seen in a while. Keep up the great work, keep at it, I can't wait to read some of your work, and sorry about being so hard on your art, but you asked for it, litirally.

I love this picture, especially the story behind it, (maybe it's because I have a thing for girls with blue hair...uhmmm...maybe I shouldn't have said that. Anyways, this is a great picture, and you keep getting all these great expressions. How do you do it?

She is very beautiful. Since chris summed up the few things I would dare to mention also, I wont. I love her hair and her eyes. She's beautiful!

Hi, it's me again. I decided to draw Haida, in a different pose, I guess. I read your bio, and it says it's ok as long as I tell you. It should be up soon, so come and take a look.

I agree with chris. something just isn't right about the face. it looks like (and don't take this to offense, it's just to help you fix it) she's makin a weird face or something
