SciFi and Fantasy Art: Who's that boy?

I draw a lot of unknown characters, don't I? Ah well. I drew this picture during some free time in Science. What I do know about him is that he's a half-elf, but that's about it... He's also one of the few guys I draw....... other than that, I'm pretty proud of this pic. =D
