Cool! But..I think I'd be scared to see this guy in a dark alley, even if he were coming to rescue me. 19) It kinda reminds me of Evangelion...

Those long arms and talons reminded me of Devilwoman from Digimon (she had an arm that was superlong)--Anyway a great character design that would make a great comic.
