Another of the characters from the Planescape setting, Cirily is an Eladrin, a sort of 'elvin angel'. She is the head of a voiciferous and dangerous group that believes the planes should belong to the planars.

Nice pic again. Cirily...hmm. Not a big fan of Cirily either. A fanatic if ever I've seen one. I don't know...I like the gnome Kesto Brighteyes and his bodac paladin fellow whose name escapes me at the time.
