SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Stone Circle

A friend of mine told me about a story he was writing about someone who discovered how to rebuild Stonehenge and use it as a source of energy. However, in the process, he re-introduced magic into the world. I originally drew a pencil sketch of the rebuilt circle with scientific equipment around it and planned to turn it into a computer drawing for Elfwood. After some thought, I decided to draw just the stone circle, and here it is. Drawn with The Gimp.

2 Feb 2006	Yemaya	Loading... I like it, kinda reminds me of something I did for my art of Stonehenge, the only thing missing is those damned ravens that crawl all over it in real life. Did you know 'ehnge' is old english for 'gallows', that's what they thought it was once. Might be something to do with all those damned ravens.
