SciFi and Fantasy Art: Feelin' Drowsy

Hey, Ryrouni! I obviously upset you enough to force you to overlook the little word you obviously missed...that word is LIKE. It's used when you are comparing, and not depicting. At the time, I was just putting some pencil scratches on my paper when I kinda saw a little character that needed to be developed...so I did! The description was actually done by a friend of mine. He is the one that labled it as a "Japanese-Mishiman-Samurai-like dude." I'm sorry I overlooked the possibility of a person such as yourself would take offense about my crappy little drawing. And don't worry, my next samurai (if there will ever be another one due to all the scarring from this experience) will definitely be dedicated to you, my man. And by the way, I think I will change the title of this piece to "Man with the Pointed Canoe Paddle." Genious, pure genious!!! Sorry about the ranting, but in a sense...I suck!

I don't find your picture amusing. it may be well drawn, but the style of dress and sword are way off target. Maybe you should research samurais before you decide to depict one with such inacuracy. I hope you title this work "Man with pointed canoe paddle"

Obviously Ryrouni Ikari Shen (previous picture rater, see below) hasn't seen "Showdown in Little Tokyo," starring Brandon Lee and Dolph Lundgren. If he had, he'd know this guy would be the basis of samurai had he seen DOLPH LUNDGREN dressed as a samurai warrior. Love the work, HEY BEER!!

Well, geez, if I had to carry that thing I'd look like that, too! Very nice, it's what I look like on Mondays...^.^
