SciFi and Fantasy Art: Leave ... Now! (Color)

I like it. Its really creepy with the red eyes. The only thing that turns me off is the purple clothing, but then again... I don't like purple.

I guess I borrowed the color form other artists' redering of Drow attire.

Also, if he clothing were all black we might not see here at all. That would be good for Her personally as a Drow warrior, but it wouldn't be a very interesting piece of art.

Additionally, one could imagine that denizens fo the Underdark like colors based on how they appear in the ultraviolet spectrum. Perhaps, the shade of purple you see here is just how the nifty ultraviolet Drow color looks to us (Who presumably do not have ultravision.)

Oh, and what are those on the feet? they remind me vaguely of the bells elves of santa have on their feet. But I'm sure that's not what you're aiming for! Sorry!

No need to appologize. The idea was the they were gems ... like the ones on the pommel of her swords. Though, I guess they could be bells. "Would you care for a closer look?" she asks, beckoning you with a preditory, albiet seductive, gleam in her eye.
