Still remember Kessy? Well, she's back by popular demand!... well, maybe more of personal demand... But that's aside the point. This piccy is, at present, being used as as ubject for one of my latest cg experiments that is, so far, proving to be a catastropic mistake. Again, drew this while watching lousy MTV... scarily, was drawn, specifically, while listening to v. bad, tasteless and spine-chilling rap... *shudder* hope it wasn't in any way source of inspiration, or I'll just go kill myself right now...
Aaaanyway, here's Kessy, archer extrodinare, in classy wear aka 'What happens when athies is sick of idiot cg job and goes ballistic on photoshop. ' A better version can be found at http://athies.fraildream.net/garg_kess_lineb.jpg
I rather like the scratchy texture, but then again I've always personally been drawn to more of the 'sketchy' look in pictures then fluid ones... well, I lie actually =o_o=; I like fluid lines, but that's about it ~Blink~

Haha, i know what you mean about the rap. How did you do the backround? its so different (well, the whole thing is very different) I reall love your art, It's such a great relief from the perfect pictures (though those are still good). Keep it up! Yanqing replies: "*blink* Twiggy?.. Do I know you?Either way, the background was done with random squiggles with a size 2 brush. Was the funnest to do really, despite the fact that I had to enlarge the picture two fold and was thoroughly lagging-out my comp ^^;; Thanks. Glad you like it. "

Holycrapthisisgood...Love it ,love it, and love it again... I just wish I could draw...awesome.
I really like the cg style. It's nice to see something different then the usually shiny-i-love-the-dodge-burn-tool style (not that anything's wrong with that if you do it well). Spiffy drawing in general too. Yanqing replies: "Actually, I tend to avoid using the dodge and burn tools unless I really need to. In this case though, I was trying to get a rougher look, which is why I used only lines without smudging, or anything else. Thanks. "
