A Stephanie Law inspired picture. Stephanie Law and Alfred Lord Tennyson's Lady of Shalott, to be exact ^_~ Ink. Those little kelpie leaves took forever (which isn't necessarily a bad thing if you're bored in a class ^_~).

4 Jan 2005	Anna-Louise Hopper	Loading... I know it is based on the Lady of Shallot, but the spirit of it reminds me of another Tennyson poem - it strikes me as very 'Mariana'-like. It is one of the most poignant pieces I have seen in the woods, and the detail is beautiful.
