In February 2004, we celebrated the redesign and reopening of Elfwood by doing something different for the competition :)
Thomas put out the call for new graphics to be created for Elfwood, because some of the pages were a little plain, and he wanted to showcase the diversity and talent that we have here.
There were ten different header decorations needed, and there was be one winner for each category.
NOTE: due the nature of this competition, we did not ope voting to the public, but put together a panel of 10 judges, made up of Eflwood members, staff, and non-members.
