This is really good artwork--everything is in proportion! Good job!

A little advice on your proportions(Not ment to offend you just advice!)
1. The average human is in a 1:8 to 1:7 scale 1= the length of a head, and the 8&7= The height of the entire body in heads.

2. Divide the face in half (Fold tip of head to chin), the line you get in the center is the eyeline fold the top half in half and you get the hair line, fold the bottom half in half and you get the mouthline .

3. Fold the face from ear to ear (the middle line is the center of the face...-.-; I know a no duh huh srry I'm just spelling it out letter by letter for you so if you use this advice it will make some sense) Divide the face verticaly into 5th (from left to right) 1st 5th cheek /jaw 2nd 5th is how wide the eye should be 3rd 5th is the width od the nose at the base 4th 5th Another eye 5th 5th cheek/ jaw ending.

and there is shadowing on the eye (eyelids cast shadows to)
also remember to draw hands in resonable but not to predictable positions. ( fingers naturaly seperate, but not at the same time)
