Weei! It's Ivy from Namco's Soulblade (yes, it the same as Soul Calibur overseas..) I thought I do it like a character design, so the dress is not part of the fanart (you may say luckily) I made that up.. It will be in the European release of the game once I stalked some employes of Namco. - ^_^`?
