Little gothic Link looks a wee bit depressed. This was my part of a really fun trade with Aoede (http://pasiphae.deviantart.com). She asked for a goth-style Link. The text in the background was done with a typewriter (yeah...you hear me...a typewriter...yeah, they still exist) and scanned into photoshop, then made into brushes. They consist of Shakespeare (Hamlet to be exact..to be or not to be, I thought it was only fitting) and some random thoughts that came into my head that promoted a dark atmosphere. Inked pencil drawing colored done in photoshop with a tablet. About 10 hours altogether.
