FanArt: Brown Ur-Quan Concept Art

This is an control art picture for the Star Control anime series, being currently produced in Japan... Well, okay, no it's not. But I think it should be. Can you imagine what incredible things you could do with the rich world of Star Control and some talented animators? Well, I can, and among other things it involves a bunch of surviving brown Ur-Quan (the original kind of Ur-Quan, instead of those genetically engineered zealots that try to kill or enslave everybody).

It's a sin that they haven't continued producing newer versions of it for Xbox and Playstation etc. My favorite battle was between the Yehat Terminator and The Urquan Dreadnought. I could take out a dreadnought by strafing a full compliment of yehat missles into the bow of a dreadnought, but i had to be flying backwards to avoid the dreadnought fighter ships! That game had great sound effects, "Launch Fighters!"

4 Feb 2006	Anonymous	Loading... Looks nice, very nice but this brown ur-quan looks like... you want to hug it... looks kinda harmless if you think about it, but when u see the green ones or the black ones those creep you out like its going to come out of your computer and rip your head off =)
