Jurassic Park based, My Little Pony inspired. I think its name is Toxie :D

Points of interest: afaict neither the 'collar' not the poison-spitting are supported scientiffically. And they were somewhat larger than humans.

A mostly failed colouring experiment.

Jurassic Park and My Little Pony? That's a slightly disturbing - yet adorable - cross-breed. How did the colouring fail? I think it looks fine, especially the bright neon-greenish skull and bones.

Dilophosaurus is one of my favorites dinos in Jurassic Park, to bad you onley see one in the first Jurassic Park movie.
