FanArt: Reaching for the Teardrop

This picture was inspired by a quote in Wild Arms 3. The first WA is one of my favorite games, so I thought it was about time I try to draw one of the characters. Cecilia got picked because I like her outfit a whole lot. :) As always, thanks for taking the time to look.
