FanArt: Chibi Usa (at the club)

Adult Chibi Usa from Sailormoon, who is acting like she's too cool to have fun. She's such a brat, so I think it suits her.

The background is kinda meh, I didn't spend much time on it as usual. Those are club lights and people if it's not apparent, lol.

Lineart is black ink, rest is photoshop. Took about 10 hours total, but probably half that if you don't count all the interruptions (I get distracted easily while arting). Finished November '04.
