FanArt: Live (or Dead) From the Bottom of the Well....

Its one of those creepy hands from the acid pool in the bottom of the well in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Interesting story on how I noticed them. It was a few years ago when I met my best friend Kimmy and she was letting me play her Zelda game, (needless to say I loved it) This was my first time EVER playing a vidio game, so I was kinda scared. As I was going through the well Kimmy told me to collect all the silver rupees, and that involed walking across the wooden beams in the acid pond, well, being timid as I was I asked her 'Hey, Kimmy...are those things going to grab me?' She said 'What things?' zooming into Link's vision I looked at the hands...Kimmy screamed and crawled behind the couch....I guess she had never seen them before. I thought it was funny so I drew this little picture to remind us of that moment.

What? No comments? Cool. Anyway, I think you did a very good job with this. It looks just like one of the creepy hands that are just so frustratingly hard to avoid! I think that was the toughest part of the whole game.

:-) Brandie Francoeur replies: "These hands didn't try and grab you or anything, they just stuck out of this acid pool and looked creepy. You could even jump on them and stuff, though they dissapeared really fast and your fall into the acid pool...not fun"

I'm also a Zelda fan! I love the way you drew that creepy hand! It's like the time I couldn't finish eating this man so I buried him and I came back to dig him up a month later and his hand sort of looked like that.(he still tasted good even though there was alot of worms in him)

:-) Brandie Francoeur replies: "Go Zelda! Best game in the world"

-Merow!

:-) Brandie Francoeur replies: "Sounds like what happened to Kimmy, she nearly jumped behind the couch and hid! It was so funny...then I fell in the acid and she got mad at me and took the controller away. *pouts* I still bug her about it everytime we do the bottom of the well"

OMG, I pity Link for having to beat those things. I hated them. Besides Ganondork, I think they were my least favorite thing. This pic brings back the bad memories, yet is a very accurate drawing! G'job!

:-) Brandie Francoeur replies: "*laughs insanly* YAY!!! Thank you Princess! *bows* "

When you see these things starting to hang around, you just KNOW you have to clean out your room! (Or fridge)

That.... is one scary looking and ugly hand. And I say that in the nicest most complimentary way possible. (Trust me, that makes sense)

:-) Brandie Francoeur replies: "Thanks ^___^"
