Shes actually not evil shes one of the three goddesses of tenchi muyo. Their categorized as Washu-chaos ; Tokimi-time/space ; and Tsunami-nature so actually her expression isn't evil but more of a depiction of serenity and amusement I suppose. I just had to make that point O_O anyways great picture I love it!!   Bridgett R.
