Well done indeed, a nice piece of work although I guess this might owe more to your personal fantasy (I too love redheads!!!) than the actual character (Sikozu doesn't have eyebrows). I actually like the hair. It doesn't look so much like Sikozu's, per se, but I think it looks rather jazzy and interesting.
So far I've only drawn Chiana, but I should really put some time into drawing a Sikozu pic.

My only qualm with this piece is with her forehead: you didn't show those subtle-yet-elegant scales so lovingly added by the makeup department of Jim Henson Television.
