| 2 May 2003 | KBS | Hey there - I've been enjoying the pics in your gallery - You've definitely got a great style and skill and I wish you luck in creating your own Comic book universe. So I hate to bring this up - but the only thing that I feel I must comment on is that a couple of your pics are a little bit too similar to familiar comic book characters... From the thumbnail of this one - I thought that it WAS a picture of X-Men's Gambit - just with a different color used for the kinetic energy surrounding his hand and the playing card... I mean - If you replace the sword with a Bo Staff... Turn those flames into pink energy - and change his costume colors a little bit (Pink instead of red, etc...) It IS Gambit - Right down to the costume design, the trademark trench and red on black eyes. Again - I don't want to criticise - I just think you need to be a little more careful to differentiate between your own original characters...and those that belong to companies like Marvel or DC. Anyway - hope you don't mind the feedback...and good luck. Charles E.
