This is Giselle, a witch from the Harry Potter fanfic 'Kiss the Girl Goodbye'. She's part-Veela, and rather bitter about life, despite looking as though she's enjoying it in the picture!

This was quick to draw, and turned out pretty well, even though I'm not used to the catroony style... :D
