FanArt: Nightcrawler (hand)

I read a review of X2 somewhere that said Nightcrawler's 'religious rantings got too much screentime.' Fie on whoever wrote that! Nightcrawler is one of my favorite X-Men (if not my absolute favorite), and I've always respected his faith, despite not being particularly religious myself. So, this pic emerged, utterly spontaneously. I had to do a little research into the rosary to get it right; and as there aren't any close looks at Kurt's rosary in the movie, I had to guess at the colors. And may I just say, raised tattoos are EVIL. I'm still not satisfied with how they turned out. Mechanical pencil drawing, colored in Photoshop.

Nightcrawler is my favorite character from X2, he is so sweet and gentle. I give you props! The only thing that I didn't like about it was the hand. I love this picture, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

6 May 2006	ServantOfTheMoon	Loading... This picture is beautiful. I love the detail you did on his tattoos and on the rosary. It looks real in an odd way. You can tell it is not actual flesh ( or fur) and metal but it looks so detailed. It's absolutely beautiful.
