FanArt: H.R. Giger's ALIEN

Another xenomorph. Can you tell I like them? I'm an very avid fan of both the comics and the movies. I think that the art and design of Aliens is just as important as the writing, so I pay close attention to how different artists draw them in the comic books. You can tell wether they enjoy the natural, deadly beauty of the actual animal, or the strife-like carnage and chaos aspect (IE, marines on bugs!) by the way they draw them. I'm more into the animal. My style of drawing them is more lithe and spikey, like from Alien Resurrection or Alien 3. I also prefer a little bronze-brown to the flat-black style. Am I looking into this too much?
