FanArt: Dr. Willian Raines (Frankenstein)

This picture is from one of my favorite tv shows, The Pretender. The 'Jarod parts' are very boring but the 'Miss Parker and Centre' parts are very interesting. This is an evil character, Dr. Willian Raines. He could really care less for anyone else's feelings and he is best known for his many many many cold-blooded murders and his ways of torturing people. He is also very easy to draw:)
