FanArt: Wudora Winterqueen - Fire And Ice

This picture was comissioned by a friend of mine, an Everquest barbarian shaman. When we first started talking about it, this is what came to my mind - an image of a strong woman weaving magic of fire and ice, and both lights catching her from different angles. About a month later, when she finally took the step, her wishes for the picture had me make her an entirely different sketch - but I couldnt stop myself from sending her this sketch as well. She chose this one, and I dont think she ever regretted it... ^_^

Well, she IS the Winterqueen. Of course she's immune to cold!
Oh, I forgot... that takes imagination to figure out.

As for the size of the breasts: No, they are not too big, and yes some women have breasts that size for real, despite a rather slim pysique. (No details about whom. A matter of discretion.)
But I do agree, the shading gives an odd impression to the breasts.
And I also agree, the heels look a bit askew or large.

I think it's lovely. I do think the foot might look a bit better elongated, or the toes lengthed. But I'm not artistically inclined, but I think you captured the essence of the northern ladies to a tee.

And as hardy as barbs are, I'm SUPRISED she even has a cloak on.
haha

You know, her breasts really aren't all that big anyway people, that's got to be like a b or c. Anyway, is that all you people know how to talk about? She's got some pretty nice legs too! lol (honestly though, couldnt she at least be wearing a chainmail bikini? Awesome work. I wish I could do digital like that.)

:-) Karolina 'The DragonSnail' Sefyrin replies: "Honestly, a chainmail bikini would be horribly cold in that weather! I would rather wear soft leathers and furs. But I think she is clad in her magic, and that is all she needs. Heck, who ever complained about Conan running around in loincloth and skimpy cloak in full snowstorm? He was a REAL barbarian, oh yeah! 1"

Hey, y'known, you should have a pattern of frost spreading from her hand, down the staff and onto the... ice, is it?

:-) Karolina 'The DragonSnail' Sefyrin replies: "That sure would look neat, but then I can no longer say that her magic is warming her, can I? Cause then it would be ice magic. BRRRR! o_O"

Excellent, I really enjoy the picture, and did not notice or think about how cold it would be etc. You do very good work on all the pieces of yours.

Just want to compliment you on this picture. Found it a few months ago and added it to my favorites. I think she is beautiful. The proportions are fine, just fine, and the concept and fantasy are wonderful. Since I am living in the great white north, I can only hope that one day I will meet this Goddess in the flesh. A pleasant fantasy. Thank you.
