I've been drawing for as long as I can remember, and I've sort of settled into a style all my own. I like to do pencil sketches, using tortillons; I also like to ink my sketches, and apply color, usually with colored pencils, or occasionally, with water colors. I'm still new at watercolors. I am lucky to have a live-in Muse, my husband, Mark, who has wonderful ideas that lead me to places I might not have gone on my own. I love that. My weakness is liking to draw whats 'easy' to draw.. the things that I am better at - which means I don't practice the stuff I'm not so good at enough to get better. I'm working on it, and sometimes, that is enough to help me discover something new! I've just started learning to REALLY paint (digitally). I've started a series of firefly pieces to learn as much as I can. I hope you enjoy looking at my work, and please, stop by my website for more graphics and such!
