| 18 Sep 2003 | Cath Tomlinson | Damn that's impressive - I liked the character designs in the movie much better then the series (well maybe apart from Folkens 80's shag hairdo)- very well done | |

| 20 Jan 2005 | Adama Ish | I think that one of the interesting things about the A Girl in Gaea is that the entire globe is represented in the Abaharaki (I hope I spelled that right). Van has a deffinate Scottish influence on him, Allen seems heavily influenced by the germanic tribes, Millerna seems (to me at least) to be rather Irish, mole man could be said to be from India, Gaddes is American, and the list goes on. If you extend the idea, you could say that Nukushi is African, the Adom villagers are native american, and that Touroshina is england. The only place that I don't see a representative of is (ironically) Japan. Hitomi is as close to a representative as they get, and she seems more neutral. Anyway, You do a good job keeping with the movie theme for Allen. He seems to be a germanic night. I like your style, and I like the movie.
PS
If anyone who reads this has heard of the unused characters Adama Ish or Lig Vieta, please contact me. I don't want to be alone in my knowledge of them. :-( | |
