FanArt: Farewell to Blue Mountain

An older piece that I never finished. I see lots of little things wrong with it, but I still like it. Two gliders from ElfQuest leaving Blue Mountain. Any ideas why? I don't care if you think it's unfinished. I like it this way. If you think there are faults in it, then why not make a new one? Respect your older pictures *grin*. --- I don't like the tribe of 'Gliders' much, but any glider who leaves the Blue Mountain is a very smart, good, nice and cool person to me. The reason why they look as if they are from the 'chosen eight' is that they have these feathers on the shoulders and they wear really tight suits. The other, 'normal' gliders had all different kind of clothing, like dresses and capes. --- I really like this picture. Gliders are not drawn very often. A big 'A' goes to you 2

Er.. Of vital curiosity, is the blonde girl _supposed_ to look kind of like Aroree? This isn't a insult or nothin', it just reminds me of her. She stole Windkin!! >bursts into tearsNah, not supposed to look like Aroree. Does it look like Aroree to you? Hmmm, I always thought Aroree looked way sadder than this 'lil gal.

I love the gliders, the're so elegant and gracefull. That really comes out in you're drawing. the female glider is very beautifull, and the male one very cute. Love this ^-^

I think their arms are to thick for gliders. The rest seems great for me. (well, except what's said before about the leg of the girl)
I too think they're running from Winnie. I love the way you made them fly and their outfits look great too. ^_^

Gah! You mind-reader!

Sorry, should probably explain myself. This picture is uncannily resembling a scene from an ElfQuest fic I'm writing. Just thought I might note it. That would, by the way, make the woman Aroree and the man Tyldak before he was changed.

This is a fantastic drawing. I don't suppose I'd be able to bribe you into drawing some other scenes for me? 12

Well, maby it came crushing down and they felt it’d be better to leave when there still was time left?
I really like the colouring and specialy the female, she looks so fragile, like in the books.
