FanArt: The Three Broomsticks

The fab four having a good time at The Three Broomsticks. Sirius is having a little TOO much fun...and Remus should probably hold on. James and Peter look a little gorilla-ish, which I hopefully will get around to fixing sometime soon. Madame Rosemerta is in the back, pollishing a glass and enjoying the group's antics. The Christmas tree was added mainly because without it the picture looked rather empty, and the stools need some work as well. This is the last picture I did with the boys in this style. No more long hair for Sirius or Remus, and I hadn't yet developed repeating visages. I love this picture dearly dispite it's amny flaws. Done in pencil. (and in the spirit of the christmas-y atmosphere; 'God rest ye merry hippogriff...')

God rest ye merry Hippogriff's let nothing you dismay
Field and moor and mountian
You fly past this day
To see the king that has been born
To show us all the way
And deliver us all unto one or so i've heard them say
God rest ye merry Hippogriff's let nothing you dismay
On to the promised child
We fly on this day
Past field and hill and moutain on our merry way
To the holy town of Bethlehem where this holy child lay
Three wise men then did honour him
With insence gold and mrryh
To mark this blessed child on his day of birth
For he will die and rise again
To save the world of men
And forever more we'll honour him
As our...great...king

LOL I couldn't resist my own version of the song

20 Dec 200645 a secret admirer of madam rosmerta.
Very good only when you have madam rosmerta try doing her alone, i for one would like it when she is alone with her cat and she is alone with her thoughts and she is looking up at the moon when it is full and her face is white like the moon its self.
