| 2 Mar 2003 | Mr. Anon | Oh my goodness. this piece is just absolutely amazing. You did a very nice job on this picture. The hair and face, (and pretty much everything on Lucius) are fantastic and I can't think of any way to really critique this part of it. The way his clothing rests on him looks odd for some reason. Maybe his shoulders are angled a bit awkwardly, or maybe my sickness is affecting my judgment. I am so happy to see you doing backgrounds! They add so much to pictures. However, the bricks in this background clash with the window and Lucius himself. By clash I mean they don't seem like they should be there. I don't know though, perhaps a slight blur to the background or another type of filter on the just background. I'm sorry I can't think right now. But I must say I was thouroughly impressed. Keep em coming . Natalie Paquette replies: "Yes... it was an odd position I placed him in, or rather angle. ^-^ And I'm still not so sure of the bricks, myself. But I really like the red in the background - I think the problem is that the bricks are so uniform; they should really have some random cracks or something to break it up. *sigh* I don't know. I was just so happy to have figured out how to make a background that I left it the way it was. Maybe I'll change it... some day. Thank you for commenting!!" | |
| 7 Mar 2003 | Fawn N. Gregory | It's funny - anyone ever notice the Lucius could easily pass himself off as an elf? But that's illegible. illegitimate. irreverent. irrelevant. IRRELEVANT! That's the word I was looking for. Anyhoo, that's irrelevant and the picture is really really delectable. Yummy Lucius. Natalie Paquette replies: "Mmmm.. Lucius with pointy.. ears.... *eyes glaze over* ... Thanks for commenting! (And yes, I agree - especially in this picture.)" | |
| 18 Mar 2003 | Victoria Louise Skidmore | *stares at the picture, bug eyed* This is wonderful, I love the detail in the death eater clip (on the other pic but I don't have time to comment on both 'cos I gotta run. Lucius looks gorgeous, but then again I've yet to see a picture in which he doesn't. You lucky thing!!! Fancy being able to create such gorgeousness (and a HALDIR one as well!!!)! All my CG work is done with a mouse, so it's obsolute...........crap in comparison with this. Great job love Vikki Natalie Paquette replies: "Thank you. *big smile* I used to do all my CG work with a mouse - I only just got my tablet around X-mas, and didn't start to seriously use it until February. But it's fun, and I'm grateful that I can color pictures like this - Lucius deserves only the best. And Haldir, too. Any man with long, platinum hair. *wink* Thanks for commenting!" | |

| 11 Jul 2004 | Callista Jones | This is a very good pitcher but there is something i don't like abut him his mouth looks to small to me sorry and it looks like he's drinking blood is that wont it is anyway it is a good pic thought. Natalie Paquette replies: "I have the bad habit of drawing men's mouths too small, but I'm working on it. .. and it's very possible that he's drinking blood, I don't know. My original intention was red wine, but after my little made-up story between him and Isadora, ... it's very possible he's picked up a taste for blood after spending time with a vampire." | |
