FanArt: Jedi Padawan

This started out as a doodle (as do most of my pics!) and was inspired by the release of the Star Wars Episode 3 Revenge of the Sith teaser trailer (woohoo go George Lucas!). She is a young Jedi Padawan forced into a reluctant knighthood when her master is killed by Darth Vader. Her name is Garren Nu-Fon and she attempts to escape the temple, at Yoda's instruction, with the remaining 'younglings' by going down through the temple's waste disposal pipes. However, they don't make it out as Darth Vader finds them and eventhough she is merely 16 standard years old and not very skilled (having had her apprenticeship cut very, very short!) she fights Vader. Sadly, Vader is merely toying with her for his own amusement... I used blue pencil and blue biro to complete this pic and am quite happy with the result even though her shoulderblade is WAY too high up and her features look too emotionless. Oh well, hope you like!

12 Jul 2005	Tracy	Loading... Though you have GREAT potential for a wonderful pose, the shoulder kind of ruined all of your wonderful shading and creases. I do, however, love the blue hair. Very, very nice. Don't be discouraged by the shoulder, this is still a good piece, only showing what possibly you need to work on ^__^
