I've never read sandman but i still think this pic is great. I love the detail and the shading on the muscles, and also the background. The folds on the pants and the way you drew the hair is also really nice. You're a great artist.

And Lady Paige, what do you mean the people look wired? I think they look fine and I don't see anything wrong with them. Also, who cares if it isn't an Inuyasha fanart? She can draw whatever she wants, and it seems to me that whatever she chooses to draw always comes out extremely well executed.

As for those that ask what he died of: he "died" from his responsibilities. When the Valkaries tore up his realm he died because he couldn't quite rebuild it for his own reasons, but that doesn't do the story justice. I'd suggest you read it to understand fully.

And the "Got up there" question: they are in Dream's realm, he can choose the setting.

I just finished rereading the series, my favorite series ever, and I can’t stop moping, my dad keeps asking what’s wrong but how do you tell him your Dream is dead and a new one’s taken his place? You’ve got it perfectly, Dream and his mirror-image sister Death, and one last moment when she says goodbye. More than that, you’ve got THE Dream down perfectly, the Dream I see every night, and not some stupid albino copy. He’s just not dream without the swirling black cloak and the shock-mop of inky hair. You’ve got it perfectly, and I keep using that word, perfect, but it’s the only word that can be used to describe this. Thanks. I can’t draw worth spit, but it helps seeing the image down on paper. Thanks. It’s an amazing picture.

this looks like the death of christ... i dono.. refering to old artwork from i think it was like rennaisance.. looks similar but i gotta say the bodies are a bit awkward.. looks... ok.. u get ur point across but theres something weird about it... just giving ya honest feedback ^_^
