FanArt: 'We cannot sing above the ground...'

A Mermaid as described in the Harry Potter series by JK Rowling.

'The merpeople had grayish skin and long, wild, dark green hair. Their eyes were yellow, as were their broken teeth, and they wore thick ropes of pebbles around their necks.' --J.K. Rowling, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Chapter 26: The Second Task.

Er Hey! cool pic though the feature look a lil toooooooooooooo exaggerated. No offense or anything, but looking at your other pics, you've reeeeeely disappointed me. Sawry 8, but I jus' couldn't help saying all that. I love your drawings very much.

22 Elizabeth J. Fuller replies: "Wow...well...sorry to disappoint. 8 I'm glad you like the rest of my stuff anyway."

Magnificent ! And very credible... What a good idea, not to draw them eyelids ! No need in the water ! Chapeau bas !

2 Elizabeth J. Fuller replies: "Thank you! Yeah, it also makes them infinitely creepier, I think. I mean...fish eyes are always kinda unsettling. *shiver*"

I like this mermaid, why should one be beautiful to be liked - She looks so helpless, poor creature !

I love how you can draw something so well that’s only based a description. You would be amazing at being an illustrator for books; you would match the authors’ descriptions so perfectly!
