FanArt: Helena - in the Gaia!

It's another fan art of my favorite video game girl, and it's time for her to show a bit more skin too. ;) Yes, it's Helena once again (said to be the main character of the upcoming DOA4) wearing the stars and stripes patterned 'v-kini' the Gaia. If you've not played DOAX before yes, that's about all there is to that swimsuit (though that's a bit of an oxymoron here). On a whim, not only is she cel shaded, but I did this entirely in Illustrator, which made creating the stars a lot easier. Anyway, just a simple, bright, sunny pic.

Your poses are perfect, and your bodies are nicly perportioned. (Don't mind spelling) You have got a real gift. Don't waste it, use it to it's fullest potential, and I know that you'll go far.

14 Nov 2006	L. Mitchell	Loading... She needs a head! You just drew the face and added hair on top, didn't you? Bad, very bad, method because this kind of thing happens. Draw the entire head, including the skull, and then add hair around it. That way, you don't cut off part of her skull. Also, her hips are way too thin. They don't match up with her shoulder width or head size. Don't try to blame this on the DoA creators, as I know you like to. This is YOUR problem recreating a human figure, not DoA's style.
