Seems like a lot of praise or generic criticism, so let's get to the nitty gritty:


MALE
Instead of muscles, his arms look more like the way people draw wrinkles when they can't draw wrinkles. Think about awful DBZ fanart, you'll know what I mean.

With the level of detail you're trying to achieve, his face is way too plain.

On the bent leg, his calf starts too low. I'm also not sure what kind of pose exactly you're going for. It looks more like he's trying to flamboyantly leap through the air like a superhero with his legs posed like that.

I can see his butt on the left side of the picture. Where is his other hip?


FEMALE
Head WAAAAY too small. Her whole body seems too small to be the same age as the guy, but even then, her head is too small.

Shoulders are balloons. Not only are they large for her tiny, tiny frame, but they're also shapeless mounds.

Speaking of shapeless mounds, one breast is larger and fuller than the other.

Women have ribcages. You have drawn breasts and a tube coming out from beneath them and hoping it looks like a torso. She has no shape. Even very thin women have ribcages, you must account for this somewhere.

Her legs need to meet in hips. There's an amorphous blob that should be the hips, but it too long, too odd looking. With how it'd drawn, her legs should meet where her hand rests between her thighs, but that means that her butt is in the man's hips with how it's drawn...making her pelvis unnaturally long.
