You know her, you love her. Especially if you're male. She's Morrigan, winner of the World's Tiniest Outfit contest for eight years running! Like Hsien-Ko, this chick's from Darkstalkers, which I've never played. But hey, I like good character design, even when it panders so shamelessly to the largest demographic of the video game crowd. I started giving this a background with oil pastels, but who knows when/if that'll be done...
By the way, I know her legs look off. Hindsight is 20/20. >_<
