The Mad Prince Seeu of Planet Ladder. Once again for another fan art contest, this time a Planet Ladder contest- I had a choice between doing a fall theme or a Halloween theme. I actually had planned on doing both, but I liked the fall theme better, thus I did this one first, but sadly the deadline for the halloween part is in four days. T_T Anyways this is the outfit he wears in the fourth book, because I didn't want to draw him in his normal black turtle neck and black pants. Too boring.
