FanArt: Borg in Transwarp

Slipstream is dark blue with a interlocking ring pattern around the outside (I remember the show this happened)so the tunnel that they were in has to be a transworp corridor.

The colour of the tunnel would depend on the technology used in creating it, like the many drferent transporter effects

Great Job on the picture. Not to take anything away form the picture, Transwarp is green if anyone would care to look through the view-screen when they steal the coil and they rescue 7 of 9. They specifically show the Borg cube fire on the Delta Flyer and transwarp conduit is green.

I love Borg! They are so creepy and niiiicce. You've did a wonderful job at this!

Ok, I'll admitt that I am a star trek nut. I've got most if not all of the trek episodes on tape, ranging from the original Captain Kirk saga all the way up to the current Enterprise. As far as my critique for your picture goes I think that this is outstanding detail, especially for the Borg ships. But I do believe that the coloring for the transwarp conduit, by the way that's what it was refered to in the Voyager episodes, is wrong. I've got all the borg related episodes from Voyager and the transwarp conduits that the borg ships travelled thru were green. As a matter of fact I think that it was one of the Borg's favorite colors. Other than those small details I think that this is an outstanding picture.

I was unaware that the Borg had favourite colours!lol. I am not a star trek fan although I am currently studying it for a course. I love the detail here and the colours work well, whether green, red, blue with or without interlocking rings!

to Steven: You may have seen all the episodes, but I've played all the games. In fact, I didn't even know Star Trek exsisted untill I had played the game. Not kidding. Anyway, that is not a transwarp conduate. It is meerly a transwarp drive. A transwarp conduate is caused when the Borg use a Transwarp Portal or Transwarp Gate to create a wormhole-like rift in space to travel between two points instantly. Also, these rifts are a greenish-white.

to wanderer: u forgot part of the Borg's message thingy. I accualy have several StarTrek Armada games so I've heard this a million times. "We are the Borg. Lower your shields and 'prepare to be assimulated'(can also be surrender your ships). We will add your biological and tecnological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. Resistance is futile.
O-k. my inner nerd now wants to speak to the artist, but since he can't, he'll just leave a message: Nice cubes. However you should know that the Borg use transwarp drive, witch is much faster than warp drive or any other know prupulsion system. You did nail the detailed look of a Cube.
