FanArt: Captain Jack Sparrow

Yeah, here I go, jumping on the obsess-over-PotC bandwagon. I saw it in theatres...I dunno...four times? Five? I forget. I plan on seeing it once more in a theatre/restaurant mix, but no idea if that will work out. Oh well. There's only so many times you can watch Johnny Depp being a pirate before you get tired of it, and have to go watch Benny & Joon instead. Poot. Anyways, about the picture. It was drawn after I had finished sketching a picture of Inu-Yasha in punk clothes (that won't appear in this gallery, at least not for months) to send to Animerica, and I was bored. My friend suggested that I attempt to make a chibi of Jack Sparrow, and, instead, I just drew him in anime style. All you color-mongers out there ought to be grateful I had my colored pencils with me.

Kramer replies: "I'm actually making a comic book out of a PotC parody a friend of mine wrote before she ever saw it. I'm trying to get an example of the style I used up, but it may be a while."
