FanArt: Poor Nuala

I felt sorry for Nuala, the little faerie, all through the Sandman series (written and created by Neil Gaiman!)but this picture is set at the tragic moment when she is about to leave the Dreaming, and has realised that Morpheus saw her as castle staff, not the friend or lover she hoped for. I guess i over did the tears a bit! but i wanted to show her distress. And yes im hopeless at anatomy etc, but look at the emotion :)

Nuala is the sadest creature I know. And she’s so cute too! Without her glamour, I mean, and with all those wrincles on her forhead... Poor, poor Nuala.
Good job with the tree and her hair. ^^ And you really caught her emotions so well... 2
