And right now he's about to take my head off for calling him that! Another character from Bleach. This is Hitsugaya Toushirou, captain of the tenth quad of the Thirteen Court Guardian squads and he's only like 12. This pic was done half for my sister, though he's my favorite captain as well. The kid's got attitude, and he's much higher on the intelligence and initiative scale than many others. His pet peeve is when people address him casually; e.g. Shiro-chan, or Hitsugaya-kun, or basically anything other than 'Hitsugaya Taichou' (Captain Hitsugaya). After all, he is only like 12-ish.

For this pic, I imagine him in a sixth grade classroom, and the teacher has just requested that 'Shirou-kun' participate in something he finds exceedingly tedious and simple. oh, if looks could kill...

Hitsugaya-kun belongs to Tite Kubo, and is from his anime/manga series, Bleach
