As for the picture, it's very good. Her head looks a bit too small for her body, but the colouring job is beautiful.
As for the card, I'd only like to point out that the TCG rules say that you can only have three (3) copies of a card in your deck. Since she has the title Dark Magician, wouldn't she count as a DM, as all the parts of Exodia count as a single, full Exodia? Therefore, counting her, and the card you mentioned to another commenter (the apprentice, I believe? The one that is a magic card, but counts as a DM) you would only be able to carry one original DM. That would only take her up to around 3500. And the chances of your opponent having a DM are about 5 out of 10. THUS to end this rant, I think she's a fairly good card ^^ she has strengths and a weakness. There's not much balance there, but it's there nonetheless, which is more then I can say for other fan-created cards. Whew, this was long. Sorry!

Anywho: the art is very old and I have been meaning to re-do her for awhile now but have lost interest in Yu-Gi-Oh art at the moment and have moved onto X-Men: Evo. As for the rules. When I drew this I had no real idea about the game play, so knew very little of the rules, since then I have actually started to collect the cards myself and play the game. Her descruption is supposed to be rewritten at a later date... but I keep forgetting too... bad me. Anywho, thankies for the comment and for pointing all this stuff out for me."

Dark Magician Queen is beautiful!!!! Why did no one ever think of this before??

It is way too overpowered....No matter if it counts as a DM or not, but a in very playable deck, in the DM deck it would just have either 3500 or 4000 ATK for a 2 tributed monster...Not even to mention the part that with her effect both players will allowed to look up the opponents hand (not that big problem) AND DECK??? in roder to confirm...And yes this is necessary. Now than lets get back to its powers...If assume you have a DM deck than you have 3 Dark Magicians boosting her ATK by 1500 to 4000 already, than you opponent has from 0-3 as well making her ATK maxing out at 5500 which is more than the ATK of the current strongest monster...Assuming she counts as a DM Her ATK would range between 3000 to 5500, for 2 tributes. There is no way such a card could exist as it is utterly overpowered and has an effect which makes us show each other our decks which is quite against the gameplay...

THIS EFFECT SKIPS YOUR BATTLE PHASE. AND THERE’S MORE. WHEN MAGICIAN OF BLACK CHAOS IS ON YOUR OPPONENT’S SIDE OF THE FIELD HE CANNOT ATTACK OR CHANGE HIS BATTLE POSSITION AND IF HE’S EQUIPED WITH AN EQUIP SPELL CARD OR A FIELD SPELL CHANGES HIS ATTACK/DEFENCE POINTS HE AUTOMATICALLY BECOMES YOURS.
