FanArt: Lye'n Echlyut

I'm seriously part of an amazing RP site... It's small, but amazing. One of the guys is starting up a Star Wars RP... I don't know what era it's set in yet, but he asked those of us who were interested to submit our character sheets. This is what the bio of mine was:

'Lye'n is the youngest child in a politically powerful and accomplished family full of boys. She was born deaf and thus her other senses advanced greatly (particularly sight, but she also had no problem with being able to understand people even though she can't hear them [body language, lip reading, pre-Jedi-molded-senses, etc. etc]). This set her apart from other children and she was noticed very early on in life by the Jedi. Her training as a Jedi Knight began at age six and she has since continued on from there.

Now in her early twenties, she wields two colorless, short lightsabers and is a skilled and passionate fighter, but her strengths lay in offensive, rather than defensive attacks, leaving her open for much improvement in the field of swordplay. Lye'n has a heightened sense of awareness however, and can usually block offensive attacks by manipulating the Force. She also understands the way people work and can predict the results of actions, very well.

Lye'n never talks, ever. She doesn't feel that she needs to seeing as she rarely has any advice to share. If something has to be objected to or agreed with though, her facial expressions take care of that well enough. She's extremely pessimistic and always looking to be let down in some way. She will adhere to a formal Jedi code though when around those she is unfamiliar with. She dislikes traveling alone. She is quick to judge as her first impressions are generally correct. She acts surprisingly well under pressure.'

I love this girl and I haven't even written anything for her yet.

Because I don't know what time the RP takes place in, I haven't been able to create any of her training experience... you know, like, who her Jedi Master was and stuff.

I painted this in a couple of hours on 2-18-06 with my Tablet and Photoshop from scratch.

Though unfortunate that the site didn’t specify the timeline, i would have loved to find out more about Lye’n. Good luck! -though i may be a little late-
