FanArt: My lil Legolas

Well... since it seemed like everyone but myself had a Legolas (or some other LOTR fanart...) I thought to myself 'What the hay! I might as well make my own' heheh..
It's supposed to be Orlando Bloom as Legolas but I don't think it looks anything like him.. like the lips are WAY too dark.. so are the eyebrows (those are too bushy as well)... plus the head sorta came out chubby *shrugs* Oh welp.. I think it's pretty decent... better than I expected :P
I wanted to do a full body picture... but I couldnt find any good body shots of Bloom. Oh yeah.. I also think the picture looks better and more realistic in black and white... or at least with less color... but I didnt spend all those hours working on it just to get rid of all the colors now did I :P

Yeesh, you've been getting a bunch of nasty comments from nasty people. I'll sic my dragons on 'em. Thought it was about time for another nice comment again. ^_^

I can actually see the likeness of Orlando Bloom in your painting here. And he doesn't look like a woman to me (was reading some earlier comments). He looks masculine, but with the beauty of what elves are supposed to have. Even if he doesn't look that much like an Orlando Bloom Legolas, he still looks like Legolas and the moment I saw him in the thumbnails I knew who it was before I saw the title. Anything done that well counts as great art, in my opinion. 2

Great job!

I actually prefer this picture over some other Legolas pics. I like this one a lot. He doesn't look sunburned, just tanned, that's all. Most Legolas pictures I see look more like Orlando Bloom gone blonde, but this one makes me feel like you drew your own Legolas from the story. I like it a lot.

*Crowls under bed to hide but can't look away from the pretty blue eyes* Scary yet so very... attrackting, I guess that's a good word for it.

I Love the eyes. I disagree with you: I think the colours are amazing. I wish I could draw like that

Hmph. Another one, eh? Blonde hair, right? At least his chin isn't too thin. You did a great job with the skin tones and coloring the hair, but I disagree that all Legolas pictures should look EXACTLY THE SAME. You know what I mean? As a member of Legolas is a Prettyboy Hateclub, it is my firm duty to notify you of this mistake. I hope to find future Legolas pics actually fanart and not copies of Orlando Bloom because of my comments I leave on these pics.

He's still my gorgeous Legolas, Orlando Bloom or not! I don't give beans whether he looks like Orli, or not.

Overall,I like it.2 Though you could thin out the lips a bit. they're a little too pouty to be a man's. ;D
