FanArt: Flying Shadow

More Yuu Yuu Hakusho fanart. For those of you that don't know, Hiei's name-kanji mean 'Flying Shadow.' That's his name in katakana, 'cuz I don't know his kanji. Plus, katakana looks cooler than hiragana. He's unleashing the kokuryuuha in what's supposed to be fire. His sword is supposed to be on fire, as well. Unfortunately, I cannot draw fire for beans.

And I suppose you're right, Natalie... I do draw his torso too big. ((But... but... I know people with torsos like that! So it's okay, right?))

Hi! This one is good. You're wrong about his torso, however. Its proportional! What I find here that doesn't look right is his lower half. His legs should be longer. Other than that, I have NO complaints! Hiei rocks! ANd shame shame on all you 118 people before me who were meeeeeeeeeeeeean and didn;t comment! * allows her violet haired demon to do first comment dance in her place* More Fanart! Yaaaaaay! -side note!- You should draw Kurama!

:-) Lisa 'Michael' Paquette replies: "Yeah, they are a bit short... I mean, Hiei's short, but this is unproportional. Thanks for pointing it out.And I'd draw Kurama, but I can never really get his hair right, and it makes me sad 8"

:-) Lisa 'Michael' Paquette replies: "I'd wager no one in existance but Togashi-sensei understands Hiei, not even the other characters or himself ^-^ Odd, talking about a work of fiction like that. Thanks for commenting!"

HIRAGANA RULES!! =P Lol, you wouldn't write his name in Hiragana anyway. I like this picture, but I think it would be cooler if the sword was in his other hand, ready to strike at whatever he's diving at. Wish he had his cape on, so he'd look like a shadow. ^_^

Beware, I'm going to plug now. If you'd like to get the kanji for Hiei's name, go to the Character Name section on my site...
