It's Duzie! Or Duzell the vampire king of Vampire Game by Judal. He is thinking about all the changes that's happening to him and the brighter side of him that's coming out. And that little smirk on his face shows that he's excited about what might happen next! He doesn't grow wings in the series, but I thought they looked good on him.
