FanArt: Redesigned Almighty Tallest Outfit

I don't really like the way the tallests's outfits were for Zim. I mean, I know they had to be simple to animate, but I think rulers should have really elaborate outfits. So just call this more of a 'Movie Version.' If Zim could get a movie. *sighs* I designed this after watching a documentary on 70's drag queens, so I'm not really sure I like the whole headdress thing anymore. Otherwise, I really like it.
