Procrastinater is someone who puts things off for forever, and dematerializes means he is, simply put, gone.

Personally, I tend to find that its more useful for killing people.
Or at least knocking them out they're less trouble when they're unconsious

wheeee! Haldir lives! Lucius is cool too...and he's evil...but Haldir is cooler. And not dead. Nononono. Well, even aside from my pro-LOTR bias, I think Haldir is the best-drawn of the group. Everyone's hands are too small...but that's just me looking for things to criticize. I was a bit surprised to find two of my favorite characters of all time in the same picture, congratulations on your good taste ;D
